How fast can a dumpster arrive for a turnover?
Book by 3:00 PM and the dumpster arrives the next day between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Same-day requests carry a $50 rush fee and depend on truck availability. When the unit is cleared, call for pickup so the rental days stop.
What size dumpster for a rental turnover or eviction cleanout?
Most apartment or single-family turnovers fit a 15-yard or 20-yard dumpster. A furnished house left behind fits a 20 or 30-yard. Carpet and pad from a full unit is bulky; wet carpet is heavy, so watch the included tons.
What paperwork do I get for the owner or client?
Every final invoice includes the certified landfill scale ticket showing the exact weight. Invoices arrive 3 to 5 business days after pickup. Weight is billed pro-rata by the pound, so the charge matches the ticket to the dollar.
What can't go in the dumpster
Tenants often leave paint, chemicals and batteries, and none of those can go in. Mattresses, tires and Freon appliances are $50 each; count them before you book.

How your final bill is worked out
For an owner or client, the bill is easy to pass on: the quoted rental, any extra days at $25, any weight over the included tons at $75 per ton, and $50 per special item, all matched to the scale ticket.

Questions renters ask
Can a realtor or executor order the dumpster for a seller?
A realtor, executor or property manager can book the dumpster for a property they manage. Give us the address, placement notes and the best contact for the driver's text.
Can the dumpster go in an apartment parking lot?
A dumpster can go in a private parking lot with the owner's or manager's okay. Mark the spot so the truck has a straight approach of about 60 ft and no overhead lines.
What happens if a car blocks the drop spot?
If a car, gate or low wire blocks the drop spot, the driver can't place the dumpster and a $125 trip fee applies. Cone off the spot the day before.
Can I call for early pickup?
Call any time the dumpster is full and we schedule pickup. Early pickup does not change the included days or tons on that rental.
